This is Aaron returning from the 4 day hike/camp out that the boys went on at Philmont while VerLynn was being trained by General Authorities. He was called to be the leader of this group by Brother Hatch, who was in the general Young Men's Presidency.
Aaron on his mission with Elder Slauson. He was being transferred out this day. Elder Slauson gets released the same day as Aaron. August 21st. Looking forward to seeing him again. Happy Birthday Aaron, We all love you!!!
Jill I had no idea it was Elder Dees Birthday today. It is also Elder Slausons birthday, the one on your post with Elder Dees (that's not Elder Slaughter)Although we did see Elder Slaughter this past sunday at the mission home with the new Pres. and his wife the Thomas'. We are having a party here tonight for Elder Slauson...wish they were both here together to celebrate! Happy Birthday Elder Dees...We will sing for you too!
